Over the last 18 months I have been documenting the work of real bread bakers. This project has so far taken me around the UK and over to Ireland and the Netherlands. I am now a quarter of the way through the project and have taken the decision to self publish! Rather than wait until the project is finished to create a book I am publishing four small volumes over the next 18 months. In the tabs above you will find a selection of images form each baker I have visited so far, I will add to these as the project progresses.
